GACODE

GACODE CGYRO can be executed using both CPUs and GPUs on the HPCBOX platform.

Job Details​

The Job Details section allows the user to select whether they would like to use Low Priority compute/CUDA workers for execution of the job. Additionally, since GACODE applications can use either a CPU or a GPU, users can also select whether they want to use GPUs for this application run.

CPU Settings​

In this section, users can set various MPI specific options for the run. The settings which can be provided here depend on whether only CPUs or CPUs+GPUs are to be used for the run.

Application Options​

The version of GACODE to use in case multiple versions are installed on the cluster and the GACODE executable name, for example cgyro can be provided here. Note that, one need not specify any MPI specific options when providing the executable name.
