Generic Script

The generic script step can be used to add your custom scripts to the pipeline. The generic script must be written as per the Grid Engine queue system syntax. man qsub gives more details on the syntax. Please contact HPCBOX support if you need help with writing a custom script.

A helper script to generate a hostfile in MPI format can be found under /opt/drz/hpcbox/latest/utils/soge/generic-mpi.
